I just sign up online at itradecimb. After I submitted, I was required to print out an application form.

Can i submit the form at any of the CIMB branch?

As for the type of account, which one should i choose?
1. Direct Trading Account
2. Securitised Trading Account - Direct
3. Securitised Trading Account - Nominee

what are the difference among these accounts?

i asked in CIMB tat day.. they told me must deposit RM10k.. but then is it if i bought something then let say my balance is RM8k.. i cant make any trading already? i need to maintain minimum 10k in my acc everytime + extra money for me to trade is it?

i dont understand it.. i m thinking of opening a CIMB acc. but i dun understand their fundamental =.=''

btw.. using OSK now.. RM12 min, or 0.42% no deposit require.. 30k limit..

how bout CIMB click one?(dunno right name or not)

I think this is the Click Trader account.. I went to CIMB branch yesterday wanted to ask them about ItradeCIMB and they kept telling me about this Click Trader account. It seems like they know nothing about the ITradeCIMB.

Oh ya, and the officer told me currently the click trader account, u don't need to maintain 10K in ur account, u can use that 10K to trade as well..

I mailed over my application last last friday and on last tuesday, i received a call from CIMB. She said she will mailed me the CDS application form and yesterday i received the form.

Not sure which account i'm applying, I got this yellow form..I think is to open a CDS account?

Does this means I can buy IPO?

I am required to enclose an RM 10 cheque too..

Where to check after deposited money into itrade? The status of e deposit is 'paid'.

When i click on 'buy', the credit shows '0.00', does that means I have RM 0 in my account?

sent email yesterday regard rate, they call me back .

sent another email regard change ratio, no reply till now.

I emailed them regarding the cross border account last week but no reply at all. Then I emailed them again early this week regarding the e-deposit, they called me yesterday on the edeposit. When I asked them about the cross border email, they said they thought someone already replied me.

Anyway, they lost my application form on cross border account which I sent together with my itrade application. So now I need to resend the application form to them.

How do I know how much I have in the cross border account? I check the account summary but it shows nothing.

I will deposit as per normal to itrade account and it shall automatically be in the cross border account right? I already set the ratio...

wow.. tried to send email to itrade and my email bounce back..

" Error delivering to Retail Equities/MY/CORP; Router: Database disk quota exceeded"

since i split the ratio to 70:30, can i just use edeposit to deposit money into my itrade account, the 30 will automatically shown in cimbinvest?

can i do that?

i received a letter from cimb yesterday about the risk disclosure statement for trading in structured warrants, and there's a form in it that I suppose to sign and fax back before 16 nov 2009. But i only received the letter yesterday!! There's no point i fax now since it's already long over the due date.

What is this about? structured warrants? What will happen if I don't sign?
