Sorry if this is stupid question guys, I registered for my itrade account few years back, and just started use for trading recently.

1. How can I know who is my remiser?
2. How can I know exact charges for my account? Currently I suspect is minimum of RM12 with certain percentage for clearance fees. How to know the exact charges?
3. Is there any other cheaper alternative for me, I am a newbie, so still trading small amount. Is iTrade Beyond good and how can I get it?
