if u buy tht counter and status is Queue it wont count as T+3 settlement because it not filled yet.
unless it filled it will become T+0, tomorrow is T+1

When you sell then buy on the same day, the sale proceed can be used to off set the purchase contract, unless the sales amount is lesser than the buy amount then you need to do eDeposit for the difference. The off set will be done automatically, no eSettlement required on this

Look like this is Not a direct account, direct account is like 0131456 etc, click trader account is C4567 etc, T is probably Nominees Ac, you can call 03-20849890 customer service to confirm

Hope this help

hey guys, newbie to learn here...i read this comment and wana get confirmation from others.

Last friday i sold some shares, and this monday i bought another share. Will my sale proceed auto offset my new purchased (ps: my sale amount > buy amount)

If yes, then why do i checked my e-settlement just now, my new bought shares appears as T1 and it still show outstanding?

is yr account click trader (nominee) or cds acc?

if cds, it depends what yr outstanding instructions are - to transfer proceeds back to bank acc or stay in trust. if former, u must call them not to transfer but to pay subsequent purchase. if latter, it is auto to pay any outstanding.

clicks trader, i do not know the procedure, maybe answer here:
http://www.itradecimb.com.my/index.php?ch=gen_faq#
see, there are several types of accounts with itrade; you need to say what type yr acc is for people to be sure to answer you. this, i find frequently causes confusion with many new itrade users...

im sorry, i forgot to mention...mine is CDS and my selling is to be stay in trust acc. so it means that it should auto offset right? or is it timing problem? like it will only offset when reached T3 or is it immediately offset?

in this case, u can relax.

the debit will be auto done on t+4, no more showing, the net available funds balance will then show.

check client summary everyday, you can see the credits and debits, when they are due, etc.

i see....thanks for the info ya.

sorry im still not clear.

does that mean i can use the additional 10k to buy another share? if so what will happen to my trading limit after the next T4?

how can i bought and own more shares than the cash i got at the first place?
*
itrade cimb allows you to trade additional 3x trading limit from the balance amount you have in your fund acct...

your remaining is RM5k, so you can buy another 5k x 3 =RM15k worth of shares...however, you still have to settle the the 15k payment within T3..they just allow you to buy more earlier eventhough you don't have sufficient fund in your account.

check your bank acc.

if u did not specify correctly when selling, the HKD may be changed to RM and sent to yr bank acc.

Not in my bank account also. Anyway, just called customer service to check.

The fund is in another trust fund (Hong kong trust fund). so it wont show in the regular e-settlement page.

thanks for reply anyway.
