I am also using iTrade. I find that for certain stocks iTrade gives very low multiple for trading. Does anyone else have the same problem?

Yes. Once you enable the Non-Ringgit Securities Equity.

Currently support foreign exchanges are US (3 exchanges), SG and HK.

It is a nominees Ac for purchase of foreign shares with Itrade thus there are no issue in fund moving, there are 6 markets in one single platform ie Bursa Malaysia, Non-Ringgit securities markets which include Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX), American Stock Exchange (AMEX), New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), NASDAQ and Hong Kong Stock Exchanges (HKEx).

The Ringgit you fund in trust could be used to buy in any of the six markets, when you sell then you can choose to maintain in the foreign currency and use that for future purchase. In the platform you can view the different currencies you have in trust at a glance. To cash out you need to convert to ringgit whenever you prefer. a prevailing exchange rate by CIMB Bank will be used on daily basis when you purchase/sell/cash out. You can also see all the different markets stocks hold in your portfolio, this will be good to monitor your total wealth in stocks

You will sign a non-Citizen form and you do not have to pay any tax for any foreign shares capital gain

Hope this help

Just got my cross border account approved ..
But the sell & Buy Queue seems very small for the foreign counters, Are these just the trades within iTrade?
