my friend need your advice on conventional and islamic scheme home loan for buy a completed house...which 1 the better choice?

i'm planning to take a home loan in the next 6-18months time. may i know what is the normal requirements to be eligible for the loans, what are the necessary documents needed, and the procedures. thank you

FOR EMPLOYEE
photocopy ic
3 months payslip
EPF
Borang B / Borang EA
SPA / property title / booking receipt

FOR Self-Employed
photocopy ic
6 months company statements
Borang BE
Business registeration form
*Borang A + D
*Borang 4, 24, 49
SPA / property title / booking receipt

usually bank will calculate your commitment and check ur CCRIS status before doing any decision to approve or reject a loan application. and some will even see into the location and types of property u buying....

To be on the safe side and give yourself more points.

throw in atleast 6 month bank statement (with savings if you could)
Audited account of the company (whatever you call it)

if possible, show your FD also...put more strength to your approval. i got one customer have RM150k FD, loan RM220k..approval in one day..haha
