Auto shutdown when open command prompt, Window XP

Can i know what is the problem for my case?
When i click the command prompt, my pc will auto shutdown...zzz Please help me fix please. I need type command on the command prompt.Now i can't use it..IT keep on autoshut down my pc....zzzzzzzz I using window XP SP2 |

seems like there's a virus trying to shut ur cmd service.. did u run a virus scan?
just my guess anyway.. hope it helps  |

try this..run regedit, msconfig..see if shutdown too..
if yes, ur system maybe infected with virus dy.. |
