im a previous user of this phone...a nice phone and for a xpressmusic phone the camera is quite good...much better than 5800xm's 3mp carl zeiss. seriously

flashing capabilities wise, n82 wins hands down.

5610 is not based on symbian S60 so it is much much faster and eats up a lot less batt life

it is simple but there's one function in s60 that i really liked. the SEARCH function is able to search everything including words in SMSes..

let's say i have 2000 sms and i want to find a sms among those that contained the word "nokia". with s60 search i can easily do that..

i hope somebody can make a search app for s40 too..

how much is an ap 5610 nowadays?

this hp supports a2dp?

1. Are u using win xp or vista? If vista try updating your phone with xp.

2. Try removing all the pc suite installations including 5610 drivers and clear the registry with ccleaner, then reinstall the latest version.

make sure that u have at least 3/4 battery charged

the latest pc suite is quite stable on vista...and much more stable on xp.

it is advisable that u use a lan internet rather than wifi connection to update your phone...faster and it has a lesser chance for it to stop downloading

0.4 and 9.4 is a big difference...maybe u have a very old firmware..

try going to zedge and set the phone model to 5610...they'll list down the softwares / themes that are compatible..

if reupdate meaning reinstall...yes u can do it but u can also do a format of your phone...or maybe format your memory card to be sure too..
