Window Vista RESET PASSWORD

i am helping my fren to settle the window vista problem of reset password

but the problem is i cant make it even i already

using RESET DISK create by window xp and Vista as well~!!!

coz finaly it come with ++an error occur while the wizard attempiong to set the password for this user account

i have tried to use boot disk of XP and VISTA to try to format and re-install

but it wont work at all~!!!

is there any others wal to solve this problem....pls help........~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

try to use hirenboot and reset the password.

if reset cmos cant huh???

Boot in safe mode, use administrator account to remove the password, BUT any encrypted files/folders will be gone.
