Will it be nicer to have a wall theme color?, Wall theme or plain?

kinda having headache now if i should choose to paint 1 side of the wall in each room with their own color theme...while the rest of the 3 walls are painted in white...
or should i just keep it simple... any inputs fellas? |

i tot budget should be the same since u only color one wall differently?
my contractor quote me flat price even though i did request for different color at first... but now can't decide....
