I own a Santa Cruz and touched the Yamaha F310. I would say the Yamaha is better.

If I have the budget, I would go for the Yamaha F310. I brought my Santa Cruz like 5 years already and that time I do not know the Yamaha.

Santa Cruz 10X better.Their quality and tone is on par with Taylor and Martin guitars.

I'm talking about the original one, mind you.

yamaha could be found in yamaha/beatspot.
if u're in PJ, music master has jay turser can be found in music master.

why dont you test both guitars then decide? i dont own any of these 2 guitars, but i've got students who use them. F310 sounds too mellow. jay turser definitely has a better built and finish.
