Just bought a KIA Sephia Year 99. Engine tends to be noisy irritating sound when stationary and in Drive mood. Also, has noises when braking and making a turn say out of parking lot. Any reliable workshop in PJ that will not cut throat?
Also, rubber lining on wind screen have somewhat shrunk and leaving gaps along the corners.

Why buy the Kia in the first place? huh.gif

Watch out for the dashboard. It's going to crack open anytime soon. Most common problem in Kia Sephia.

ouch... it's better to have spectra rather than sephia if you are KIA fans. And the most wise decision is not to take at all any Korean Car. You dont know the ordeal of having sephia and what you had faced just a minor case. Just my advice, after this put on saving for your sephia as it will "damage" your wallet.

Be prepare for :

- knocking sound beneath your hood (from engine not driveshaft)
- driveshaft
- singing brake (just you had encountered)
- throttle body problem (rarely happen but I ordeal it)
- wiring problem.
- A/C belting
- roof leaking (rear)
- and some minor problem like auto lock door.

Do you know of any reliable workshop that can handle the repairs without overcharging? I heard there's one along Old klang Road called Leo something? Dunno if it is an appointed kia workshop cos then they can be expensive.

Well, of course I did test drive. Anyway, for 13k, we certainly can't expect a car to be in perfect condition.
