I wonder is that still open? The website says need to qualify through monthly league.. And it is already the last month...

The Monthly league is to select winners for C&C3 LEAGUE for Aug, Sept, Oct
and which means the winners from each month will be automatically qualified for the Grand Final
Now the Open Registration for GrandFinal ..those who just register or going to register will have to compete for the qualification.
