im having a prob in choosing the database software.im developing the Students’ Performance System (SPS). The system contains data and particulars of all students of Bachelor Science Computer (Multimedia) and their results of examinations/tests throughout their study. In addition to listing of the required information, the system is intended to generate relevant data/information/reports (available in graphs or charts) for the purpose of comparison and monitoring performance of students.

Is it going to be a web based application? If it's a yes then I'd suggest mysql.
