Block MSN & YM pop up window, after u login

Each time you login, there's this small window box pop up from MSN and YM. Both hog my window boot up time. Is there a way I can disable this feature. Kinda useless since I dont bother reading it at all.

why don't you disable ym and msn startup to faster ur boot up time?
