I am using Palringo...it is free and wont turn offline when u quit the app with internet on

G-map for Europe will be available within Q1 2009.

G-map for 15 States of U.S. and Canada will be available within Q1 2009.

For Central/South America, Asia and other countries, targeting to release in Q2 2009.
