I just notice this forum, anyway these days those thief are so smart. Caused me to lost two notebook (my company & friend notebook).

I think these people are so good in what they are doing, and they are such great opportunistic people. The fact is i been using my living room dining table near a window for my office works for years with the company old IBM Thinkpad and nothing ever happen. However on one day when i was actually brought back a brand new sony vaio to just help out a friend to do some installation, my both notebook was gone the next morning. I work till pretty late that night too.

This is how they do is it by sticking some metal sheet to unlock the window from inside without breakin the glass. and later fish out the entire notebook bag. It was targus pulse II backpack. What i was trying to say that it was huge. Somehow they know they can actually fit thru my security grills, which i never know even i been staying in the house for years !

Sigh...now i have to pay back the entire brand new sony vaio back to him.
