no need to sand it.

just make sure the surface is clean, n u can spray it.

but im thinking on powdercoating which is a layer/color that

applied on sport rim.

it wont peel off, scratch n also last for a long time.

but the problem is where, n how much to find it..been searching for an ages.

anyone can help?
