can i know which one is better for my gliders

instant hpw or hpw starter kit??

i know that the instant one is suitable for students who have no blender or fridge..

i do have blender n fridge at home so there is no problem for me to take hpw starter kit..but the instant one looks like much easier..

but based on the comments,mostly used the hpw starter kit..

i never try both of this product before..so can u give me some advice? 

i plan to try hpw and gliderade..

both of this product are suitable for baby gliders??

Is the hpw for pregnant glider can be fed for normal glider, i mean the father as well??

Becoz one pack can last for 3-4 months..wasted if jus leave it there...
