Hi I'm interested in T579 black colour. is the sleeves can be long or short by button it up? and is it still available?

nationwide service really bad ive been the whole day at home for 2 days also they still didnt send me the parcel after i track for 2 days and that 2 days also they say business closed on delivery attempt and i try to call their customer service and most of their branches but it either say the number is not in service anymore or nobody pick up at all and the hotline could not even call at all how only can i get my stuff? since i track today they are not sending it at all today
