i juz brought a dress n shirt from nanac....
de design of de stress ( D 003 ) is TOTALL DIFFERENT from wat i saw frow de display pichar...n de quality is bad...im not expect a gud quality from tis price..but at least above average...too bad...it wasnt...its not worth de price... n wat pissed me is she replied in a un-polite way... sigh.. tho her postal service are efficient but tis is not de only way if she wan to cont her e biz here..[FONT=Times][SIZE=7]

Oh dear, I thought every seller here has a nice attitude, and therefore i never read feedbacks from others before putting an order.
I was unhappy with the clothes, but you saying like we are making a big fuss out of it. We were just giving feedbacks. I was good enough to tell you through pm. But now, yes you did apologize, but, I seriously can't feel the sincerity.

I've read through some negative feedbacks. (and found out that you were wrong, saying that we are the only one who complaint)
You will only say that is our, the customer's wrong.

One customer was saying the color of her clothe she received is different. And you said that it is the same as shown in the pics.
And then another customer said the color of her clothe she received is different too. And you told her that it's because of the resolution of her screen settings.
What a joke. You know what screen she's using? You know her screen settings?

If cases like this happened to other sellers that I've been through with, they were very sincere and nice and I wouldn't make such a big fuss like to you. They were not like you, who didn't even an apologize, not until I really COMPLAINT. (take note, at first I was just giving a feedback).

"goodness... u r the oni 1 that complaint as u did.."
If you want to show your sincerity, don't use "goodness" to your customers. Try talking in a more polite way.
If we misunderstood your attitude, you can't blame us. Maybe you need to take some english course or public communication course. This is no offence. Just and idea for you to avoid misunderstandings in future

Your new stocks look good. But I think, I'll never get anything from you again due to the first transaction we made and the attitude I received from you.
