i have a friend staying there as well. the nadia condominium (the ones that are already built). i think be bought a 1200 square feet unit for around 500k. cheapest property there

actually i too would love to own a unit there. i would choose dpc over mont kiara anytime. the concept is different. many small gated communities within 1 big gated community.
