Hi guys. I am also using w810i, been 1 year. Today I found out a serious problem in my phone. I noticed that ther free memory on my phone is reduced a lot. I am sure that I didn't install or add any stuff in the phone recently. So I plug the phone into the com and see what's going on. What I realized is that the total size of phone memory is 11mb.

The free memory for w810i is suppose to be 20mb, and I know it was 20mb when I bought it. But today it turns out to be 11mb. The 9mb is gone with no reason.

Do anyone know what's the problem I am facing? Is there anyway to get back that 9mb?

ermmm...i think a reset should do fine...but would u do it??

err never encounter this prob.. like sum off ur memory had bad sector..
maybe flashing will help...

May be you stored your contacts in the phone memory
try check your memory usage of your contacts

wah im not bro the phone body is still 100% scratchless. screen oso. been taking real good care of it man. just the silver paint on the arrow ring thing sudah peel off long ago la. but very sayang wanna let go XD

I am looking for a w810i too!! Overall quality beats even the latest phones.. Btw, theres one on sale now at lelong.com.my by bort (RedzTechnologies). Pls do not trust him. A lot of ppl have been complaining about his products and most likely hes a fraudster selling new phones that are actually refurbished one! Neways, anyone wit knowledge of where to get AP or Ori w810i do let me know..thanks!

I dun think it will work well on phone, try animated gif though

most people don't know how to set wallpaper to their phone & buy wallpaper which is advertise in the magazines/papers
the thing is, there is a simple way to do it
just transfer the image(s) & use it as wallpaper
no need to waste RM to buy wallpaper OR even ringtones
sound/music softwares are available out there
& you can edit your ringtone(s) by yourselves
even got free trial softwares to edit your song(s)

weee...managed to get hold of a new AP w810i from Sg Wang!! but had to fork out freaking rm700 for it la(inclusive of lcd protector and 2gb memory). Hopefully new la..If recon oso, in good condition..Most importantly..1 year warranty..

Oh yea, the last stock there.

Ahh yes. I know about that. I do know some people just want simplicity, and
they are too lazy to use the computer to get their wallpaper/ringtone.

May be paying cheap price made them unable to notice the money they spend

It seems that this topic is dying and has been inactive for a long time. Wonder if most of the w810 users changed their phones ?

w810 is one of my favourite phone, but too bad it was lost during snatch theft
