I got a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution similar to that, it is from the Hot Wheels WRC series.. I bought it in Australia in 2006 when I was Form 1.. then 5 months ago, my brother (who likes Evo cars) go rip the card open, walao! Now no more mint in original packaging..

I stay in USJ... always hunt around Subang, Puchong & Sunway area .. sometimes go to Shah alam / P.J. also..
But i guess , There'a a lot of Master & Sifu Hunters @ this area.... Hotspots , I guess .....

I think you may be right....haha....but I did find like 2 thunts in subang area before...my scope of hunting is quite wide depends on where I meet my clients.....sometimes as far as Klang or even kuantan. Found a thunt in Mentakab and another in termeloh....so but lately much more can be found in Alamanda Putrajaya as well. Well if you ever pass by these places do try to search them out.
