a. scud is limited. production off aero part will be very costly
b.scud design is good enuf modification is unnecessary. theres nothin to do with wind tunnel.

tulesto is produce to celebrate the 20th year of novitec rosso. recently novitec been approved as car manufacturer by the german govenrment (KBA).
They are working closely with ferrari to produce the tulesto. They have they own chasis no although their base is scud. Theres a similarity between tulesto and scud if you guy look closely. the whole body is carbon fibre. accelarate from 0 to 100 in 3.4 second and 0 to 300km in 22.9 second.

to be on the road you hv to pay the tax. langkawi n labuan is tax free. m talking about the car tax not the road tax. car at port u dun hv to pay the tax coz it still consider a free trade zone. wut u should do is bring the car into malaysia with a valid permit than bond it under Custom form K8. so than u can keep for the rest off ur lifeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Novitec rosso started as tuner back 19 years ago. They started with fiat n alfa (under novitec without rosso). Now they r doing masserati n ferrari. Recently they hv the german government approval as a car manufacturer (KBA). Most off the tuner only hv TUV approval and only few company so far hv KBA which is novitec rosso, alpina, hartge. They r allowed to hv they own chasiss. Trust me bro i hv been to novitec rosso factory in statten near munich. They have minimum of 30 ferrari at time.
