This time, the people in his convoy are very friendly
Didn't want to run into any trouble, so I asked the guy from police car (behind the G-class) if I can take pics, he said "sure".
However, after that, Pavilion valet parking guy tried to be smart telling me not to take pics, but I just told him I already asked "higher management" people

People at Prince hotel were also friendly, I even spoke to some guy (member of TMJ family?? not sure) who arrived in Lincoln Continental (posted in Random Cars). TMJ's bodyguards(?) in camouflaged Land Cruisers were also around, but didn't say anything to a man with a camera.

Upon confirmation, I found out that it's actually Sultan of Kelantan.
Writing in arabic on the emblem also states "Sultan Kelantan".
It was together with cars with KELANTAN DARULNAIM plates - Toyota Hiace and Honda Accord.

It was in KL for around 5 days from 15 til 20 March for Rulers Conference - first spotted it at Times Square hotel on Sunday night together with "DAQ 1" Land Cruiser, where I was forced not to take pictures.
Later saw it at Shangri-La on 19th March, in the lower level entrance with much friendlier security .
