anybody tried oc an e7200 with this board?

i just bought this board today(DK P45 T2RS PLUS) but when i try to power the board on,standby led are not lit and when i remove the power cord,high pitched sound can be heard coming frm the board..dunno frm the speaker or the cap..heard a sound of high capacitance cap discharging b4..so i assume its frm the cap..im using e7200 and cheap icute 450w psu..dun hav money to get nice true power psu yet ..any bdy can help me?

yeay~ not got the board to boot but now very2 confused on the mobo bios setting..dunno where to start de..can sum1 giv me guidelines? such as safe voltage for all the variables,what to change first,in case of boot failure,what should be tweaked n etc?
