QUOTE(gunh @ Mar 30 2011, 11:20 AM) limch, The mattress sinks faster I thought after 4 years of usage. My wife complained she suffer back pain. I called them and wrote to them few times to ask them to take a look at the mattress. The most I get is a customer service called and asked if someone attended the issue and no news since then.can u elaborate what happen???? something went wrong with your matress??? i've been using getha for 3yrs and so far the matress condition is still very good... I still keeping the warranty card. 10 years warranty but too bad they do not honour their commitment. Come to think of it, I should bring it to tribunal court. |

Sofy bedding will lose its resiliency one day. When? Depending on your body weight.
No lah, older folk prefer a firm bedding. Good for the back and easier to get up. |

Your husband back is priceless. Do not compromise on unsuitable mattress. I used Dunlopillo firmest mattress. It is ok.
