the first thing my wife and i noticed and we laughed pretty hard was how high the bed had suddenly become with the 12" mattress... hahahaha.. but it's really nice to sit down on... i'm just hoping that the bad ache problem is external and not caused by the mattress...

I think you need to get used to it. This mattress is better lying down flat to sleep than sideways. (At least most of the time I fell asleep was lying down flat).

Yeah we had the same impression also, suddenly it feels so high, coming down from the bed also have to be careful otherwise might trip and roll down the floor laugh.gif

Hi, let me tell you guys a story about a mattress incident experienced by my friend. He bought a brand new mattress in Penang and the mattress cost around RM700. The mattress delivered the next day, which is good service, right? But my friend felt like the mattress was not the one he ordered but the delivery guy said this is the correct one. So he just keep it.

Then things get interesting when the shop called and said they send the wrong mattress and need to replace it with the actual after 2 weeks of use!!! WTF!!?? Ppl already been sleeping on it for 2 weeks and you ask to replace? The one they delivered to my friend was said to be much expensive model. My friend tried to complain but at the end he just replace the mattress. No refund or rebate is given by the shop.

The best thing is he even recommended the mattress to his buddy saying the mattress feel nice and soft (before the incident), and then his buddy also bought one for his mother. But luckily for him they delivered the correct one this time... hey wait, it is the cheap, hard mattress and not as good as the one used by my friend. So unlucky.

So, if you planning to buy mattress please make sure they deliver the correct one. Just imagine you get a mattress where got ppl slept on it for weeks. I will definitely not buying anything from that shop, ever.

I can't say the shop name (later kena sue) but the shop is located on the ground floor of a commercial building near north east penang. The sales person is non-malaysian. If you're a penangite and been there before then I think you will know the place. This is the first time I see a furniture shop hiring non-malaysian as sales person.

got the REZTEC mattress last week, have been sleeping on it for a week now. Not too bad compared to KK Maharaja (master bed), its a bit softer. My model is Eurorest, but my problem was that there were so many models from REZTEC that I found out later only after purchasing this one, models such as perfect sensation and platino which comes with much better deals and feel...sigh sad.gif. All in all, I would consider it a moderate mattress, 12 years warranty excluding transportation costs. Happy hunting for your mattress..cheers.

Anyone tried Napure latex mattress before? A shop quote me RM1600 with 2 free latex pillow Queen size. It is a malaysia brand with German certified stuff. I sleep on it and quite comfy. Will it be hot on latex mattress because my body like being suck into the mattress.

I also tried Destress StarryNite RM1199 pocket spring. Also not bad.

i've been sleeping on my brand new KK maharaja mattress for the past week and i've been very happy. however, i'm just wondering anyone of you have faced problems that certain days, you would wake up with back pain. i'm trying to determine whether it's the bed or because of work (or something else). my wife also has the same problem, but we don't get it on the same day...

Hi, i can answer ur question. I bought the maharaja king koil also , about 6 months now. I also saw this thread people recommend so I bought it.

First 3 months, really sometimes got backache one. I believe coz the maharaja is too stiff. I feel like it's a bit too hard for me. After the 3rd month, the foam a bit like soften , now I feel better. Sometimes still got on n off wake up a bit stiff esp at the waist/buttock area but can still accept la.

My previous mattress was king koil also, Posturex. Very good, very comfy, no back pain. But old already throw away, then realise the price shoot up to rm2k plus cannot afford so bought maharaja. But if you ask me to choose again, I think I will budget more and choose back Posturex. Previously, I thought as long as buy king koil should be good, but now i think choose back the one I slept before that most comfort one is the way to go la..

Just my experience to share.

Bought a Napure Cologne king size at RM6,449 king size at Ikano Harvey
Norman. free delivery and free 2 pillows but bed PU head/rest at discount of RM539. icon_rolleyes.gif

Sorry today is the last day of the offer for latex mattress and tomorrow onward the price shall increase according to the sales lady. Latex price is also up significantly

Why i bought Napure, because i tried Selly Mayfair, which the Malay salesman tried very hard to sell to me but found it to be like any coil matress no much different.

Thought of Eclipse but same as Selly and is firm type at slightly lower price. So decided a latex time like Napure Cologne series..

Some people said the Napure series is made in Malaysia. I am proud that Malaysian can made such product. I like the bouyancy effect of the latex rather than the firm effect. But I have never used a latex mattress before. However, i always sleep sideway so a too firm mattress may not be so good for me..

Of course the guarantee from Napure and Harvey Norman is that if the mattress sag more than 2cm, i can return it..Hope it would not sag for the next 10 years.

(365 days x 10year) /RM7000, it is RM2 a day i think is not that expensive, considering 8hours per day i am going to lay on it...

Anyone has used Napure Cologne series and can tell me his/her experience..would it be the same as Coil spring ? what is the long term effect ?

This is the URL of the malaysia distributor of Napure
