For those of u who owned both PSP slim and NDS lite I have a question. I notice the DS lite screen is a bit blur while PSP has a much sharper screen. Is it normal that the picture displayed on the ds lite blur compared to PSP? Cut the crap about 3d graphics or the likes since I know PSP has better graphic! What I mean is for example, both handheld play a 2D game and the displayed picture is much sharper and more crisp on PSP while on ds lite is a bit blur.

The reason I ask is because after playing DS I went ahead to play PSP and was a bit shock that the image is much shaper. When the ds lite first come out he claimed that ds lite has the best backlite screen to date(which is back in 2006) so I thought PSP screen is inferior(perhaps PSP-1000?).

it's not about being inferior or superior...it's about the games. Sometimes i have my season of psp loving sometimes i hv the season for ds. All because of the games...i dun care much about which is sharper which is not. I'm just saying it' suitable for both of them and it serves their purpose.

No, I dun mind which one displays sharper images since I love 'em both equally. It is just that I'm a bit curious whether it is normal or not for ds lite screen to be like that. Crop out a 256 x 192 resolution from my older lappy and it can even displays more crisp picture than ds lite.

Yes. I have both, and it is normal that DS Lite look a bit blur.
Honestly, try looking at iPod Touch screen after u played DS Lite,
the difference is even more stark.

No worry dude, nothing wrong with your DS.

So it's normal that ds lite display is a bit blur, OK thanks for the confirmation.
