im not even sure if they will bother with a rollback with the xpac just around the corner. this happened back just before BC was launched. there was a time where they released the rank13 and rank14 sets and weapons for honor purchase. one day after update, as long as you have sufficient honor pt to buy the gear, you could get it and your honor pt remains as it isnt spent. so ppl with like 35k honor pt or so could get all the gear and weapons without losing a single pt. instant grand marshal lol. ppl were rushing to farm their pts ASAP but i think it got fixed pretty soon. but ppl who bought the gears retained them (lucky SOBS!)

but regarding this current issue on free epic, i heard that ppl can create lvl 1 alts and still buy the sets. lvl 1 with full merc gear lols... that's an epic news!

hey krush: back then when everyone was playing astral slide, u/w control, goblins, broodstar affinity.. i was playing grab-a-tog with disciples combo for turn3 to turn4 kills.. im prob the only fella who plays with a copy of megatog rofl.. the introduction of arcbound ravagers just made my deck even more completed and i did pretty well in some tourneys, got some nice cash winning too.

well because 983265282 ppl all went ahead to buy the gears, we have our greedy self to blame as almost everyone contributed to the problem that blizzard have to deal with now... i think we're lucky its only 3 hours to solve the pvp gear issue... if they hadnt taken down the realms earlier i think we might be facing another 10hour maintenance..

no harm in pre-ordering and installing the xpac first and prob start on your deathknight toon while the majority of the ppl are at northrend..

in pvp servers u will be expecting a lot of pvp action going on... there just wont be any carebears from either faction because everyone's got the gear and groups now which they will be grinding together.. smart ones will do instances and sometimes if the world crashes, instances still works.
