Hi all.. I duno which is the suitable place for me to post this thread.. If i the thread i post this in this thread is wrong then admin please move it to others thread.. Thx..

1st i would like to ask all the seller in here that, if you sell your things in garage sales, then the person wan to buy from you then you sure will reply his/her pm or sms. Then both party agree bout the things that wan sell then both of you will arrange a place to cod. After you cod with the person, at nite the person claim that the things rosak already, sure you will refund the money for it..

So i want to know more bout the refund part..

1. The item seller written there is with warranty, example: 3 days personal warranty. If the buyer fail to return to you the things after 3 days, then should seller still need to refund it?

2. The item that seller recieve is not in a good condition like the cover kena damage after sold. Then should the seller need to refund?

3. If the seller, want to take the item to test again to prevent been cheated by the buyer. Can the seller no need refund the money until its been tested for 1 day?

4. If the items that been tested by the seller is in a good condition, then he/she will tell the buyer bout the condition. But the buyer want refund the money due to his/her items cant support on the things that the seller sell. But the seller got written on the thread bout the items that goin to sell can or cant support on which items. Should the seller refund? This part is i'm not sure is due to buyer fault or not coz the buyer din see or din check weather his/her things can or cant support on the items that his/her goin 2 purchase..

I think this are the only question i would like to ask all the seller in here.. If i still got any question 2 ask, i will post in here.. Thanks for all the advice..

1. If he wanna give me after 3 days but report faulty before 3 days, ask him record a video to prove that it's really faulty before 3 days.

2. Refund the money - damage cost to the buyer or you can choose not to refund depending on ur T&C

3. Any reason for him to cheat?

4. No refund.

thx for d info.. but the buyer still haven contact me after last nite d sms.. i still keeping d sms to prevent anything happen..

but got 1 things hor.. is the buyer ald contact u bout the thing is rosak d den u wan the buyer to return the things for u but he fail to return for u in 3 days (the 3 days personal warranty) then should the seller refund the money?

to me..

If i sold the thing to buyers, and personal warranty for 3days.
In this 3days the item spoiled or no function, then i can refund.
But after 3days means 4th day then only report to me or give me excuse say unable to send me the item right now.
Then i only will say "sorry, there is no refund to you"
Cuz no one will know izzit you will take the item try go look for higher buyer in these few days, and sell it.
So when unable to find customer, then only report to A seller said that item has spoiled?

My conclusion is,
If want me to refund, please return me the item in THREE DAYS. Otherwise please gtfo. Thank you

1:No as a agreement lolx
2:Ask him to give u item back and refund to him no item no refund
3:damage from seller sure need to refund i think btw if postage sure need to take risk
4:buyer fault do research before buy ask him to sell back

just that any senior?

2. The buyer claim that not worth it to take a taxi to give back the things that just cost a few ringgit. Then should i refund for him or not if he still haven return my things within my 3 days personal warranty period?

i think i can answer this..
if buyer doesn't willing to come back and return the goods, he wont get the refund.
if he return the goods within 3 days of personal warranty, yes, u need to refund.
if he haven't, nope, u dun need to care about it.
however, in some case, where buyer informs seller within 3 days personal warranty that the goods is faulty, ask for refund but unable to do within 3 days..
i think the seller should take responsible. (some people just dun have time to do that...)
that's why, prior selling anything, state your TnC properly.

Well, it depends. If the buyer purchased the item from you and you've gave the buyer 3 days personal warranty, you'll have to bear if buyer complained about your item within the 3 days personal warranty provided buyer can provide with strong proof that your item is faulty due to your fault. After the buyer lodged a complain within your 'personal warranty period', you'll have to discuss with buyer when can the buyer return the item to you. No, if he don't even bother to send back the item to you, just ignore him and you don't need to refund cause we wouldn't know whether the buyer is making up stories or what.

Ask the buyer to send you a picture, then ask buyer to post or pass back to you then you'll judge whether it's damaged by buyer or not before proceed to refund.

You have the ultimate right to request the buyer to send you the item back, once you've received it you can request for a 'testing period' to test it to make sure it's really faulty before thinking of the refund part. This is fair to you too to avoid cunning buyer.

Personal warranty doesn't cover whether the item is supported by buyer's stuff or not unless stated. If buyer claimed that it's faulty just because buyer's stuff can't support your item then definitely your item is not faulty. You have the ultimate right to not to refund the buyer. You only refund if the item is really faulty due to your own fault.
