hi all.. here's my situation and i need some opinion about these phones. I'm going to quote the price from a singapore website since we dont have the price for X1 in Malaysia yet. Please take into account the price for the respective models.

1. Samsung i900 Omnia 16Gb version (SGD 888.00) approx RM2131
2. HTC Touch Pro (SGD 1068.00) approx RM2563
3. Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 (SGD 1198.00) approx RM2875

Prices and specs are available from SgMobile.

Which one would you get and why?

btw, anyone know if these phones can be used in Canada???

ty in advance!!

neither of those listed. i'd get an asus pda.
but if i'd had to choose between those 3, it'd be the touch pro. HTC is a pioneer after all. they're more focused on making winmo phones. sony's got tons of "other phones" and so does samsung.
Samsung is on mah shidlist of phones "NOT TO BUY"

their after sales service in summit subang ......... spectacular ! (sarcasm in case u cant catch it)

I guess you're new here, these kinda threads are extremely subjective, and largely goes no where. Everyone will have a different favourite model.

you have the specs

look at the specs YOU need / want

and YOU make the decision based on what YOU need/want

we dun know your budget, we dun know your taste, nothing.

If you still need help and opinions, use this thread
http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/717895

fill in the form, and at the end, u may add models that u have in mind.

To know if the phones can be used in Canada, u must find out the band the operators in Canada are using and make sure the phone supports that band (will be listed in specs)
