QUOTE(vin_ann @ Dec 10 2008, 08:37 PM) RM4,000 x 4% = RM160 HSBC got ar?do I need to call up to their SC to activate it as I also got HSBC card...RM160 + RM4,000 = RM4,460 / 12 = RM 371.67 per month. MBB no idea. i forget the formula. hope others can it. welcome back. go vacation spending kaw kaw until max out ur CL ar?? any card with have Visa verified features or Mastercard Secure E-pay. Visa verified as far as i know, HSBC got. Secure E-pay Direct Access. for me, im feel the most comfortable with HSBC, as they got security device on top of it. |

Hey guyz, If happen to have lost the credit card...do we need to report police for it??? Meanwhile, how to ask for exemption from annual fee...I just got my statement from citibank charging me annual fee but I have spent more than 12k annually ....

QUOTE(kons @ Jan 27 2009, 09:58 PM) QUOTE(prasys @ Jan 27 2009, 10:35 PM) No need. Just call up the bank ASAP and report to them that you lost your card or your card was stolen. So that they'll freeze that account As said by kons , just make noise. Usually , they'll just waive it after making noise ! QUOTE(vin_ann @ Jan 27 2009, 10:45 PM) DO u think it's work if I call them on 1st attempt??or need to call many times????I need someone who had experienced it b4 to tell me....I don't know should I talk rough to them or politely???I don't want to be bullied by them... |

I just called up citibank and I just managed to get RM100 off for the annual fee. Felt no point to hold this card bcoz of disappointment after been using their card for few years with not debt own to them also....
My next card will be the one identical n 'free for life'...it's quite troublesome to actually call up just to ask to waive annual fee every year. tired of it. |

Emmm...I'm hoping a reputable bank for credit card to give free for life...perhaps I could give a direct access a try although I'm not a fan of mastercard...

DA doesn't seems to attract and offers lotsa of privilege compared to citibank and HSBC.....whoever hold the DA??what's the benefit you got other than having free for life....??
