Your statement will only be issued once you hit your billing cycle. Call the CS and ask about the billing cycle and while you are at it, call and check whether your account is due for payment.

There are some free for life like MBB Petronas. The rest i think u can request for waiver.

Visa Petronas is free for life without condition.

Visa Flex annual fee could be waived if you could reach the required minimum swipe. I'm not sure about the details.

The latest addition of Ikhwan series also no annual fee provided that you could swipe minimum 12 times per year.

ever heard of cimbclicks.. by right u should know about this, n how it works.. if u dun hav one, juz go to nearest atm, n register for one..

when did u had ur transaction done..?? it should be in the statement few days later.. depending on the merchants..

wat do u mean by 'pin' here.. if u dun hav ur mobile registered, ofcoz u've to get the pin fr the atm every time u wanna do online application.. if u mean by TAC, the tac always being sent to ur mobile fone provided uve registered for it..

AFAIK, under the summary there should be a list for all account registered under ur name.. if that wasnt the case, u should call the bank and ask them to have your cc account in the list..

in case u managed to see the account, juz click on any of the account n u can start paying online.. and the balance will be updated promptly..

call the bank hotline n ask y ur cimb cc is not inlcuded in ur cimblicks, coz normally the account for cc is listed in the account summary.. Unless the bank has other reason for not listing it in the cimbclickcs, then the account must be shown somwhere in your cimbclicks.. U dun hav to walk in into any cimb counter for this purpose..

To be able to view C/C in Clicks, cust must PIN for at least one of his/her C/C.

Have U ored obtained a password for your CIMB Credit Cards?  If not, U will need to get  them to issue u the password before U can link ur CC account to ur CIMB [or at least that's what I think the above post meant]
