What is the SMART PROTECTOR PREMIUM?

I applied Citibank CC via an agent early of this month.
2 weeks ago, got one Withheld number called me, saying tat was from Citibank and wanna verify my house phone. I din fill my house phone when filling the form, so i just tell them my house phone but they said it was not correct. Seems like someone filled for me or wat???
Last week, i got another phone call(with number), claimed that was from Citibank, asking my annual income.
How come these weird thing will happen? Ain't they got my details correctly as wat i filled?
And until today I still havent got my card. Heard Citibank CC will get within 3 weeks right? After this week I oreli wait for more than 3 weeks.
Any advice?

I got both UOB One Card and Vox Card, and used the AUTO APPORTION function in Cash Deposit Machine to pay my balance for both cards, but in the end, the statement came out saying that I still got RM1.11 balance for One Card and RM1.11CR for Vox Card. So I just ignored it since overall I did not owe them any money. But the latest statement come and charged me interest on my One Card. Arent they should cover my RM1.11 debt in One Card with my RM1.11CR in VOX Card??? Anybody faced this kind of problem b4?

d@mn, it just RM0.02 of interest but I lose so many benefits, including the 17% per year bla bla

I wanna apply credit card but my salary bank in in Maybank which nvr give ppl bank book. How can i show the bank statement?
do they accept the trasaction history print out from maybank2u website?
