the sticker can be easily remove without broke the seal...
so unlucky person who get refurbished set from ms...

it doesnt matter..since the machine keeping the previous owner log inside it..event u play ori...u get banned

But if you were to use scene released games, then most probably you'd be safe, but then again just to be safe, do not go online for awhile.
Some people claim , MSOFT released some games thru p2p which are tagged and when you use it on your console , you'r console is tagged to ban.. So to be safe next time, don't donwload any rls from p2p networks.. Instead go for scene release.
