haha... he just mistaken ony... i didnt own lycosa but that place is really a touch panel, because it use sensor... just like some samsung or LG phone like that... icon_rolleyes.gif

haih, i just back from ban leong.. i cant get RMA for my mouse due the guy told me that they don apply rules ady that help end user to send warranty for the razer products, so it just waste time guy if u direct go to ban leong... better get back to the place that u bought... shakehead.gif

actually like this, ban leong not wont warranty for us... easier words, ban leong will ony direct receive RMA products from its retail outlet like moderno or lyp those shop like that, they don entertain us like walk in customer who is a end user of the product, so anything we nid go back to our place that we bought... shakehead.gif

Yeah, warranty claim direct to the distro always better and of course faster.
