yeap, is sweat stain, im not sure hardpad, but mostly cloth pad got, but i don think hardpad got cos hardpad can be just wipe it away wit damp cloth....

this is what i heard b4, use soap water, soak the pad inside then brush with those coconut fur brush, those very soft 1, tooth brush ur pad spoil lor... too hard, maybe plain water can gua, not sure, but u may try, after wash ady, dry it lor of course...
