mako is good.
the only bad is its price, but then thats relative.

but then mako is still cheaper than those cheap audiophile speakers, and im sure mako can challenge them nicely.

what everdying say is true..

it is a quite expensive speaker for a 2.1 THX set... which you can get a full set THX 5.1 logitech with the same price(if im not mistaken)..

but trust me, it is worth every penny that you bought it...

I heard that the placing and surface of where the speakers are put can effect the performance?

not exactly affect the performance...just you wont get optimal performance.
it will still sound good, but to take advantage of the thx fully then u need to set it nicely.

Any comments on it?...and if it isn't good and good, clear sound headphones are there....(of me bass not that important but must be clear)

I've been using the Moray for about a month now - mp3s, occasional videos, and the customary gaming.

In short, I think they're excellent. Music is clear and crisp, bass is loud without being overly obtrusive (doesn't dominate the music/sound).

Comfort is quite good, I've used it for 3-4 hour stretches and it felt quite natural. The replaceable rubber earplugs help.

The cables are light, and they hang freely - a good thing. The pouch it comes with is pretty cool (but big), though useless if you already have an iPod pouch.

What I don't like about it is the symmetrical design. I keep having to look at the earphones to see the 'L' or 'R' sign.

Build quality is just about acceptable, certainly not outstanding. The earphones don't really feel as sturdy as I would have liked.

It's not particularly good for gaming, specifically sound direction is not quite as clear. I'll definitely get the Carcharias soon for gaming.

Overall it's excellent. Especially with its low price, you'd be hard pressed to find a a better choice.

Well so far it has never gotten tangled up.

But then again that would depend on how you handle it. Personally I've never had tangling problems with any kind of earphones.
