if really wan to oc ...learn how to oc 1st...like bios setting
mobo ...good 1 can oc ...with solid cap , got good bios , nb and mosfet nid cooler
CPU ....must hv a good cooler
Ram ---at least got head spender and fan cooling
PSU ---at least 500Watt true power or more (depend ur rig hardware)


1st time oc ...just start oc 5% from stock ...then 10 , 20 , 30 ,......... until u feel enuf

to check ur rig stable or not plz go......... 1st post and download those program example like orthos

let say ur cpu speed is 2ghz so 2ghz x 5% = ??? how much ??

setting is multiplier 10 x 210 HTT (5% from default 200) = so how much ??

Mobo if no budget get Abit AX 78 RM 250
PSU even CM Extreme 460W enough..(Depends on ur GC)
RAM use Value RAM enough..you need to learn the basic first..

ya, i saw u post that, thats why i ask robo, but they out of stock, that time i went lowyat check all no stock except for viewnet i think that had last piece but its the 64mb side port version at 385 which is not so worth it so i didnt get it. got mine from jy14, price went up due to the exchange rate i think.

What mobo i am using?

for those who want to upgrade their mobo, i would advice go for sb750 boards instead. thou sb play a 'lil part in x2 oc, but for phenoms (at least phenom1) it does matter. in case denebs too expensive, u'll still have d options to get a phenom which will run less hassle on sb750 boards.

Been running my comp for the past 14 hours.. rock stable at 2.5ghz per core, without needing to tweak multipliers.
Proc at 1.288V, and Ram at 1.9 (dunno why the J&W board overvolts it even when at def. voltage)
SB750 and ACC really works!

Probably going to try 240/250 when I get a better cooling fan..
Hopefully can run HTT stupidly high for no particular reason.

What's there to review? 6 Sata ports, so can run Raid 1+0/10 if you have 6HDDs
Esata, etc. etc.

Firewire is mysteriously missing though, even though there's provisions for it, and the manual states that firewire port exists.

max values for voltages, advance bios options available, pros & cons of d board's layout & etc... you can help more than u can imagine...
