Hi all i wan to know that where can download window vista business oem?i wan to format my laptop but i don have the vista business oem cd...vista business cd got oem and open license different?sorry for my noob question

Most laptop comes with recovery copy of Vista inside your harddisk. You just have to activate it via some key combo after turning it on in the bios.
Check your manual. |

when all else fails, approach the laptop maker and request for a Vista disc... may need to pay some money for that...
