i read from several forums that if we call up apple, and explain it to them, they'll give some kind of cash voucher to be used with the online apple store..

i'm jz scared that if anything goes wrong when i receive it...
what if i get a dead pixel?? scratch?? chipped?? should i wait until someone get it?

feel really disappointed. but what can i do. i need the engraving. really a bad first time impression for me to buy from apple store. even my order from play asia only took 4 days to arrive in kl even if i use free shipping.
