u sure the cross border charge by visa/master?
i havent buy from Mac, but all my oversea transaction is based on the exchange rate, i.e pay as per currency exchange ... im using cimb master btw.. |

malaysia store doesnt offer EPP
the best u could do is to call ur bank and convert your cc purchase to EPP usually there is 2-5% 'handling charge' aka interest |
