iPods are entertainment product and not education material hence no education discount. simple explanation. there are no ipod education discounts on any apple store throughout the world. but good thing is we might see apple back to school promo in malaysia? we shall see next year

well, normally apple will ship from local warehouse if there is a stock but if there are not enough they will ship directly from china. Fresh from factory

hmmm. i thought it is a global thing since UK and NZ have such offer (there weren't any black friday sales last year in UK).

its probably just store maintenance. nothing new...
