Is it ok to order directly from sales person from Apple online? I was thinking this way should be faster compare to place the order through online Apple Store website since I have the sales person extension number and have been talking to her few times. Anyone has experienced directly deal with sales person from Apple Store?

Oh is it? I thought I can just give her my credit card number and she will proceed the same like online purchase. She is the one pick up my phone when I call 1800-xx-xxxx for enquiry.

BTW, will the Macbook delivery to our doorstep in good condition? I asked before, she said the courier service could be TnT or DHL. Don't want to receive the Macbook box in dented condition.

In this case, it should be safe to reach our doorstep. Saw it in youtube, mostly are US. Didn't know that over here also have the same delivery box wrapping.

If we order from Online Apple Store Malaysia, where is the good sending from? KL?
