Last time I used my MayBank Debit Card to purchase my Mac Mini. The transaction goes through but apple asked me to provide credit card statement which is trouble for me cause my debit card has been created less than 3 months ...so very trouble lah..

well as i said, i only used it to purchase a ~rm30+ item so no problem for me. didnt even ask for a statement

deafmute, might wanna behave a bit smile.gif

Ricky Ling, why 3 months?

Well, becuase Maybank need 3 months to generate the account statement just like credit card statement. So I need MayBank to issue statement that I'm the owner of the card..

Suddenly I feel iMac Quad-Core 2.8 GHz is cheap compared to MacPro Quad-Core (RM6,500 compared to RM8,200) ..

can you cutomize the imac like you could a mac pro?  doh.gif , different desktops, different capacities and capabilities if i have a firm that uses these machines for a long time, and upgrade them every once in awhile, mac pro is the way to go, the graphic card, harddrive bay and RAM can be upgraded at will

I know Mac Pro's strength is on the customization. What I really mean compared to "entry" Mac Pro, the spec seem similar; same 1 socket processor, 16GB max DDR3, same range of GC (5750 & 5770). The rest HDD bay differ but only 2 compared to 4 HDD...

So if u want to really differentiate with iMac QC, u should buy Mac Pro "Better" model which cost Rm11.5 K excluding 27" LCD monitor
