This is an open forum. Sometime you get your answer, some time you don't no matter how fast or slow people respond to it. Don't loose your cool and some one might give (spoonfed) you the answer.

First of all, iPods does not entitle for any educational discount either from the online store or from resellers. Apple thru their online education store offers free iPod touch on any Macbook/iMac purchase in the US (i think singapore also have this but not sure) during a certain period of time. Why Malaysia don't have this? Ask Apple. So that answers your 1st question.

For your installment question (which have been answered a dozen times), Apple Online Store does not offer such facility. If you use a Credit Card to purchase from the online store, maybe you can ask your card issuing bank to convert the transaction to installment plan. I think most banks offer this facility. That you have to check with your bank. As for the Apple Reseller (Machine, epicenter etc), I think they offer installment plan but with a Credit Card purchase (depends on the credit card issuer also). No installment with cash.

nobody is insulting you here, if you have checked http://store.apple.com/my and http://store.apple.com/my-k12 and realized there is no difference between the pricing of the sites then wouldnt than mean = there is no discount on the said product and also if you looked hard enough there is no option for installment on both sites, so what does this tell you? isnt it obvious that there isnt any? do you need to confirm and ask here to validate what you can obviously see?
