I was browsing Apple Online store Malaysia just now and I noticed the new MB white is pending 'agency approval'. Its shipping time also considerably longer at 1-3 days compared to MB alu (within 24hrs). Do you know what it means?

I also ordered a touch last Thursday and until now the tracking status is still "Not shipped". If it was not because of the engraving I will really regret buying from the store because they said 24 hours, but after buying only tell me estimated delivery is between 26-Feb and 3-Mar.
I'm also a little confuse because the apple web keeps directing me to other country even though I'm very sure I chose Malaysia, at 1 time it even directed me to SG while doing transaction, but I was paying in RM. So where exactly is the store? Our stock coming from SG? |

Reis, like what i informed nubnub in an earlier post, just wait a couple more days and see whether ur package will arrive at ur location by then or not... If delays still persist, you had better contact Apple and find out the exact status from them...

Now they asked me to provide a credit card statement for validation. I read someone in this thread got that too. Anyone else getting that? Lol man this is troublesome I just want my goods. Just in case, is this normal?

I called my bank, they said the merchant (Apple) needs to collect the money from the bank because the credit is not automatically transferred to them for safety purposes. Then Apple told me they need to prove to the bank that it was indeed me who ordered, that's why they needed the statement. Makes sense now...
And although the store is in Singapore, the goods is shipped from China, so I will have to wait 4-5 working days, says the customer care personnel... |

any tried to buy any hardware like mac pro or macbook pro from apple store? they said ship within 24 hours not meaning that u will receive it on next day or day after right. im a student if i buy on edu store will they ask for any documents?

ship within 24hours mean they will ship the mbp within 24hours, not arrived in 24hours...
usually take 1 week to arrived |
