hey bro i think u can ask around regarding online purchase from Apple Store Malaysia. See whether they gone thought the process as what u mentioned.

As for me i will not provide my statement la off course~ Since HSBC already approved the payment y apple needs it. Well since u save abit via Apple Online Store but the extra hassle of transaction~

Advise to all, if you want to do online purchase, make sure you hv valid credit card. It's much easilier! Even when register paypal. If you are going to use cash transfer, it's gonna give you problem and delay. Cancellation process also more difficult. Bank nvopen 24/7 but credit card services do

act what statement they want?? when i purchased, i use my mom CC too.. they call to verity the CC i jz tell them call my mom..

Credit Card statement lor.. they demand a credit card statement even i asked them to call my dad... my dad refuse to give them because dad's creditcard bank HSBC already approved the payment...

ic.. when i purchased.. after i get mbp... payment still not yet done..lol??... i tot i get a free mbp d...at last my mom hv to call bank settle the payment. apple gv me a free mbp

When i purchased i called my bank informing them i will be charging it to my credit card. Then i call Apple Online Store to make the purchase by giving them my credit card details via phone. No request for credit card statement

hmmm, i have a problem with apple online store too... Last Thursday i ordered my ipod touch... and to this day, it still have not been shipped yet, although in the online store it said shipping wud be in 24 hours... Is this normal or am i just too anxious?

the have not been shipped that you mean is you nv get it yet or you dont even have tracking yet?
if you hv the tracking it means it been shipped, just nv arrived yet
