hey guys Im planning to buy Macbook air and using the education price, but the difference is only RM100 from the original price? I dont see in the RM600 discount for the education plan?

Price difference is not the same for all items. I believe the Retina MBP is rm600 cheaper but the Air might not b. what's listed in edu store is the correct price.

if you're not a mac user, you should try it out.
I'm sure after using awhile, you will prefer it over Windows

It all depends on what ur needs r really.

Stability, reliability and design, i'll say go Apple.
Power, simplistic and price, go for Windows based.

Err..with apple i get both.. bootcamp lol now im using macmini for bootcamp n in future Rmbp for mac

Bro, you are comparing an international courier with local courier.
Local courier can definitely send things within the country fast due to vast amount of centers.
International courier do not have that kind of network.

Try switch it over, use POSLaju to send things back to Singapore and see what happens.

Added on June 21, 2012, 2:09 pmA radically new product. Almost RM 7k each. It is costly to keep a big inventory. Apple inventory refreshes every 5 days. No stocks are older than 5 days in the warehouse. My RMBP is 2 weeks old. I believe the RMBP is shipped out a few days after it got assembled and tested. Apple will not keep their stock for more than 5 days.

It took 3days for my ipad to arrive from singapore
Dhl even ask to open d package whn it arrived cos they sked some one steal d item inside.
